Summer Camp Registration

Registration goes live March 1st, 2026, but you can get your account set up RIGHT NOW for a seamless registration process when March 1st rolls around.

“What can I do to prep right now?”

You can go ahead and:

  • Add at least 2 emergency contacts

  • Enter your mailing address

  • Add any medical conditions or allergies for your camper

  • Upload your camper’s insurance card

  • Upload their most recent immunization record

  • Fill out the Household Size & Income form

That way, once registration goes live on March 1st, 2026, all you’ll need to do is apply for your scholarship or pay the full rate to secure your camper’s spot!

Scholarships & Refundable Deposit

You will need to “apply” to a session and pay a refundable deposit of $25 to secure your spot in a camp session. This new measure is in place to prevent no-shows and ensure all necessary registration documents are completed before your camper arrives.

Quick Facts

  • Who we are: Nonprofit summer camp founded in 1887 on Lake Geneva in Williams Bay, WI.
  • Who we serve: Children ages 6–13 from within ~2 hours (free bus transportation available from Chicago, Milwaukee, Kenosha, Madison, and Rockford). However, if we have a large number of campers attending from a specific location, we will do our best to provide transportation.
  • Capacity: ~120 campers per session, grouped by age.
  • Pricing: Sliding scale — families pay what they can. No camper is turned away due to inability to pay. We can guarantee 1 scholarship per camper.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can attend?
Children ages 6–13 within ~2 hours of camp or using our free city buses; independent in self-care and able to participate in group settings.
How does sliding-scale pricing work?
Families pay what they can. No camper is turned away due to inability to pay. Free transportation included from major cities.
Where are the bus locations?
Chicago, Milwaukee, Kenosha, Madison, and Rockford. Exact stops/times are emailed the week before your session.
What should campers pack?
Gym and water shoes; socks/underwear/swimsuit; a week of clothing; towel/toiletries; sunscreen/hat; labeled items; medications in original packaging.
Why are cell phones not allowed?
To build connection and independence, protect privacy, reduce distractions, and prevent loss or damage.
How do you handle health and medications?
Our Health Care Coordinator manages meds and first aid. All meds must be in original packaging with instructions; physician note required for changes.
Can my camper be with a friend/sibling?
Submit a mutual bunkmate request; we do our best within the same age group and as space allows.
What’s a typical day like?
Waterfront, adventure, creative arts, meals, rest, and evening programs with cabin groups.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Policies vary by timing and circumstance; full details provided during registration. If camp cancels a session, families can receive a full refund or transfer.
How can I reach you during camp?
Use our office phone for urgent needs. We provide pre‑session info and timely updates; letters/emails to campers are encouraged.
